A seller invoice shows the price of merchandise you have purchased from a seller. A seller invoice may also include other information, such as the name and address of the seller. If you receive an automatic invoice along with your package, keep it with your records. You will need this information when filing your customs paperwork or submitting it to Ship24by7.

Customs regulations require that the full purchase value of all imported merchandise be declared. You must add the full purchase value at the time of adding your packages. We will store your packages in the suite you have leased until you are ready to claim them.

Import duties are required when you receive your package in most countries. However, some countries have duty-free concessions for goods below a certain value. The import duties vary according to the country; Please reach out to our support team to know about the duty taxes of your country, we shall revert in 24-48 hours.

Your shipments will be covered by limited liability insurance from the courier partner. You can purchase additional insurance at the time of shipping your parcel. The policy covers loss or damage to the items in your shipment. Claims can be filed for the declared value, plus international shipping costs if applicable. The policy does not cover import duties and taxes, domestic shipping costs or damage to the box/packaging.

Shipping multiple packages overseas direct from online stores can be very costly. Our package bundling (consolidation) service combines your purchases into a single package, saving you up to 60% off standard International shipping rates.

We do not export perishables, food items that are labeled in a foreign language or restricted for export by the Indian Food and Drug Administration. Ship24by7 exports branded nonperishables. If you are sending an item that is not branded, there will be a special package handling fee. The compliance review for the same takes upto 24 hours -48 hours for your package to be available to ship.
